I’m in this situation – my brother is madly in love with a woman who no one in the family can stand. It’s honestly maddening, we see her for what she is but he is blinded by love. All we can do is try our best to support him and put on a brave face when she is around but ultimately due to her toxic nature, conflict nearly always ensues
Talk to your sibling in private, in non-accusatory tones, about what you find concerning, and then respect your sibling’s choice and let them know that you are there for them if they need you in the future (if you can – if the SO hurts you or your family and you need to reduce or cut ties, you should do that)
