I’m doing a supreme court essay and we have to have a stance and my stance is the effects of Tinker. but the nerd is doing the same essay but he said Tinker had basically no effect on the court or school or us so now I’m rethinking everything. Do you guys think it had a major effect? (just yes or no is fine because I need to use databases to justify my side but if you want to explain like what I said was like bethel v. fraser go ahead.)
