Alot of the videos never consider how an attacker can be stronger

  1. Nut-kicking. Works with both gender, unless the enemy trained their genitals to be stone hard.

  2. Throat and neck chops, eye gouging, hard kicks to knees, biting. Getting trained in a martial art regardless what it is is useful for a few reasons, helps you carry yourself with more confidence so you’re less of a target (sad but true), muscle memory is a real thing, so even if you panic your memory takes over and helps you respond to attack, gets your body used to being grabbed/struck to stop you from panicking.

    If you can get joint locks on those are great to help put someone on the ground, but it’s hard to do without actual training and still a big risk if they’re bigger than you.

  3. A gun for sure.
    A kick to the balls hurts and eye gouging is only good if you actually get the eyes, it requires decent accuracy on the victims part.
    A gun combined with good situational awareness is a solid option.

  4. Biting. We got nasty mouths that are strong enough to bite carrots and hold onto meat.

    Pulling hair. Control the head/spine well and you can control thier direction. Dangerous because you immediately risk damaging the spinal cord.

  5. Hit them in the throat. If you’re lucky you’ll break the hyoid bone!
