I am unable to ejaculate during sex, I still enjoy it, but just don’t finish. I can ejaculate when masturbating ok and am aware that I may masturbate too much so have tried to slow down. I have also tried to use more lube when I do masturbate and recently bought a pocket pussy to make it feel more realistic.
I have some marijuana use but nothing serious (twice a week) and have had very mild depression in the past. These both may be linked to it, but again I don’t believe they were severe enough.
Has anyone any advice/experience in this?

I have the same issue. In my case, I also have a thick bladder wall which may be a contributing factor.
I went to a doctor who gave me an AI thinking it was a hormonal issue however this just made it worse.
You have too much insecurity and anxiety. Sex is a animalistic activity. Relax and allow your brain to dumb down a little.
The best sex happens when you are sober but carefree and relaxed.
The last guy I was with said he experiences the same thing. He just kinda works with it, and like that was part of it, like I knew he’d just masturbate to finish. He doesn’t smoke or anything.
