It doesn’t have to be a stranger or the first time I see someone. Like
It’s almost every time I even turn to talk to someone I’ve even been spending all day with. I just turn to them look them down then up quick like every time. I don’t mean it in a rude or judgy or offensive way, but I always fear it comes off that way like I’m sizing them up or something or that I’m like staring at a different part of them.

  1. Are you a dude? I had a boyfriend tell me that he sized up every guy he passed. I don’t think it’s a bad thing. I think of it as a bit of a survival thing. Like a gauge of potential threat. You sound like a person aware of their surroundings and potential threats.

I think maybe you are carrying a lot of stresses.
It sounds to me that you may be spending much of your day thinking inside your head thinking.

Very normal. We all get stuck in our heads every time a new problem shows up in our life. At least this is the problem I had.

This is so common with us humans that meditation and “mindfulness ” is what people turn to when life starts to wig them out too much.

  3. Ya me neither really. I do like the idea. I can follow with a guided meditation and it helps me. Anyhow. What has helped you in the past?
