Hoping this is the right place to post this.
Trying to find a BBC show I saw ages ago that followed the council basically looking at planning permission for properties. The episode I saw was in York (at least part of it was), and followed an old couple trying to get solar panels on their thatched roof, and another woman trying to get permission to turn her front garden into a drive way.
The BBC have a few shows with council in their name, and their search functionality isn’t great.
Any help would be much appreciated 🙂
