You don’t say what happens to the semen of the first guy.
In theory, it can be transmitted but the risk is extremely low. This would happen if some semen is transferred to the negative guy from the girl’s mouth. But again the quantity that is passed is very small.
An easy way to avoid this is just to blow the negative guy first. And use condoms
