Say HIV+ guy cums into the girls mouth, and negative guy continues to get a blowjob from her. There will probably be contact with the cum and penis, is there a risk of transmission this way?

  1. You don’t say what happens to the semen of the first guy.

In theory, it can be transmitted but the risk is extremely low. This would happen if some semen is transferred to the negative guy from the girl’s mouth. But again the quantity that is passed is very small.

  2. An easy way to avoid this is just to blow the negative guy first. And use condoms

  3. That is highly dependent on whether the HIV+ person is on medication, which can suppress their levels below being transmittable.
