what do YOU do when you feel anxious or paranoid?

  1. I do mindfulness and grounding when I’m suffering from DDD.
    There is a great app called STOPP that can help you, it’s completely free.

  2. Cry, write down my feelings. If it’s too much and I worry I might go overboard, call a friend and tell them I’m having an anxiety attack and need someone to talk to me.

    Sometimes I also listen to really loud music and dance/jump.

  3. Workout, I start jogging the second I feel overwhelmed, running helps a lot.

  4. Gaming or music. Or going for a long late night drive and getting some McNuggets.

  5. I get angry. I’m growing with my mental health and I’ve came really far with it in the past 2 years but, I get aggravated and irritated.
