So I got a new Store Manager at the bookstore I work at, and she smells horrible. It’s like ass and BO. I work with two other employees and we don’t want to be rude and we feel it’s gone on too long. Plus two of us are about to put our two weeks notice so we don’t want her to be bitchy to us before then, she seems like the type. What would be a great subtle hint to her that she smells bad? Anyone ever had to work with these conditions? I would let her know if she was my equal, but she is a manager so it’s weird. Any advice ??

Honestly I’m a very blunt person so if I feel some type of way I’m going go ahead and let them know. In the end she will be glad someone said something, or what if she suffers from a condition that makes her smell bad. I would just be straight with her. Either she can take it personal and continue to smell bad or realize your trying to help and decides to fix it
