On a real note, any one else struggle to be pleasured in bed?

I have no bother pleasing my partner but when it comes to me I get too in my head and physically can’t enjoy it. It knocks my partners confidence because I lay there emotionless. I don’t want to fake it but I don’t want to hurt her feelings.. anyone else experience this?
