MY DAD IS USELESS. Should my mom find someone else? Pls i need advice

I (13M) have been living with my (43) mom (42) dad we are a Filipino family. Now let me explain why my dad is useless:

\- doesn’t do anything

\- sits on the couch or sleeping

\- touch my mom’s stuff even though my mom has told my dad not to

\- Doesn’t have a job means we have no money

\- steals money from my mom to buy alcohol

\- Keeps drinking alcohol even though he has been told not to since he has diabetes, blurry eyes, and can barely move his hand after the Covid vaccination. Now to me and my mom it’s okay to drink 1-2 cups of alcohol but he drinks 6 or more bottles of beer wtf.

When my dad was working on Pepsi 1 year ago he has a salary of (25k to 30k or even 50k PHP if he goes abroad) 30k is a lot of money but my dad is only giving 5k to us which is barely enough and every year he keeps asking my mom where his “1million” is which forces my mom to write all our expenses. And you may be asking where the other money is? Well, he gives it to his mom my grandmother. I know that you sometimes need to give money to your parents who took care of you BUT my dad has a family to take care of he even has a sister who works abroad and makes a lot of money and gives to my grandmother so WHY. Why to her when my dad has us?

Now to the present day, my dad keeps drinking and does nothing and when you tell him to stop drinking he will not eat for days that is why he is so thin right now. He also goes crying to his mom about my mom being “too strict” even though my mom is helping him to live in this world. He even brings sharp stuff like knives or scissors. Which scares my mom a lot.

My mom is tired of taking care of a man who acts like an 8-year-old. So I told my mom to find someone else for her to be happy. I know it’s bad to look for someone else while you are in marriage but think about it a man who doesn’t take care of himself and doesn’t have any money to support this family.

Should my mom find someone else? pls I need advice
