I (22M) and my girlfriend (22F) have started having sex recently and for me those were my first time (apart form a one night stand in the past). Yesterday after sex I noticed some red steins on the sheets and immediately got worried I had hurt her. She told me I didn’t hurt her and also she isn’t on her period so I was wondering if she lied to me just to not make me worried or is that a thing. Also if this isn’t something to worry about, how can I clean those steins? I washed my sheets in the washer but the red steins became green (so I guess if there was some blood it definitely wasn’t the only liquid).

There can be blood that was in the vagina that wasn’t removed during the period. Nothing to worry about, she didn’t lie, you just got into the depths of her vagina, and that’s what you can find sometimes.
About how to remove the blood stains, look for a stain removal liquid in the shop, or you know, look how murderers do it, there’s probably a sub for that.
