  1. If I was going to get buried it would be: Get off my lawn! My wife and I aren’t spending money on burial/casket and all that though, seems like a waste to me.

  2. “He really always wanted to be left alone, don’t mourn for him this is OK”.

  3. I’ll be too dead to care what my loved ones put on my gravestone, if they decide to bury me.

  4. I’m stealing Billy Connolly’s idea, Typical tombstone but in tiny writing at the bottom “You’re standing on my balls”

  5. he died a heroic death saving his family from the tragic sinking of the m.s. unsinkable 2.

  6. I’d rather be cremated and my ashes mixed with glass art or a small bust of me.

I think burying peoole is wasteful and dumb

  7. “I told you it didn’t sound right!”

    Or

“Well shit, that didn’t go as planned.”

  8. “Just wanted to be left alone.” I just want to be like an old dog..who wonders off, when sensing its time has come, and fade away. Don’t need fake tears, or anything, if you aren’t willing to tell me while I’m alive why bother saying it out loud when I’m dead and gone. Memories fade, dead people stuff get packed up to store, sold or thrown away, and stories told only last for few years..but eventually your forgotten, and everyone moves on…

  9. “He was just a rabbit”

Hopefully this would confused the hell out of the people passing by and reading my tombstone.

“Moon Rabbit” is the nickname I like to use, but I also use “Rabbit” for short, so hopefully those who knows me would understand, but those who didn’t will just be left confused.

  10. I wanna be cremated and dumped off the back off a super bike at 200+mph, maybe 300 depending on tech by the time I die.

Failing that I heard an epitaph poem that was something like:

“Take heed stranger as you pass by

As you now are so once was I

As I now am soon you will be

    Prepare for death and eternity”

Either that or quotes from stoics like bible passages, instead of “john 1,1” “Marcus Aurelius, Meditations, 1,1”
