How long is a piece of string. Depends on the break up. Depends on what else is going on at the time
It all depends on the severity of the breakup and how keen you are on the new challenger. Relative. I have an acquaintance who got married two months after breaking up with a partner she had been with for four years. She just fell in love with the man who was working hard to get her.
I for one can’t do that, it’s been a year since my last relationship and I still can’t think about romance.
I’m a couple years out from a 16-year relationship. The longer I’ve been out, the more that I think I’m done with romance.
So, potentially forever.
Not saying a star couldn’t fall out of the sky. Only that it’d take something of that caliber.
In my experience that has varied from 5 minutes later to still being mad 3 years later.
