For context he’s my step dad and I’ve lived with him since I was 7, I’m 14 and it must have been pretty horrifying to see his daughter doing that. When he came in he just left straight away and we haven’t talked about it since and I feel like it’s gonna be super awkward unless I say something. Leave it, tbh. If you were older, I’d say you could address it in an adult context, but you’re 14 and like the whole “Shit, she’s a child” aspect crops up at that age. If you were like 18 or 19 you could use humor to lighten the situation because at that point you’re an adult and you can crack a sex joke and not have it get fuckin weird. At 14 I would say if he doesn’t bring it up, you probably shouldn’t either. Let it be awkward a minute and the awkwardness will fade, its not an emergency situation.
