So for the longest of time me (25) and my gf (24) has had sex unprotected. She allows me to nut inside her and afterwards she’ll push it out. This has been a thing for a few years. We recently started discussing it and she says she’s gonna go to the Obgyn. Im hoping it’s not on my end because my brother has had the same problems. In the end he has 2 kids. Is there anything that could be wrong.

It took us 2 years of unprotected sex before I got pregnant with my 1st kid. Then the next one I got pregnant on birth control and later found out I had one functioning ovary.
You just don’t know until you get doctors involved.

This is kinda confusing. If you want to have a baby why is she pushing your semen out and why are you pulling out most of the time before the orgasm?
I have to TRY to get pregnant. Like, track my ovulation and bang on those exact days then, BAM, a baby. But just doing it all willy nilly any old time of the month doesn’t get it for me. Tried for two years just ditching the condoms and nothing happened to me either.
I’d suggest having sex every other day for a while, and avoiding masturbation.
That gives your sperm time to replenish, and if you’re having sex every 48 hours there should always be sperm there when she’s ovulating. Healthy sperm can live for a few days inside a healthy vagina.
She can’t push it all out anyway, but if she masturbates after you’ve cum inside her, the vaginal contractions should help pull the sperm in the right direction.
