It’s…not the passenger side…in the us..
Edit IM DUMB DONT DOWNVOTE ME
We have left hand drive because we won the Revolution and didn’t become a long-term colony.
It’s so [Jesus can take the wheel](https://youtu.be/lydBPm2KRaU?t=61). LMAO
It’s because we americans are overly friendly and have no concept of personal space.
This way the driver can lean all over the passenger when driving
No it isn’t yours are.
Um … we have the steering wheel on the driver’s side.
We drive on a different side of the road than you do in the UK, so the driver is on a different side of the car.

It’s called a “designated driver”.
Because you’re wrong
It’s incredibly difficult. That’s why I’m postal trucks steering wheel is on the correct side. The government worried about getting sued if the driver had to reach over to use the pedals.
Wait, you’re telling me your pedals are on the drivers side?
Why are your pretending to drive from the passenger seat?
We always allow the passenger to drive.
Because we don’t follow tea drinkers.
