1. Yes, people go for coffee with each other all the time. Maybe it’s not as much of a thing here in the UK because we don’t really have ‘cafe culture’, but going to talk over coffee is what adults do all the time.

   Choose a nice cafe for a date though and not just a Starbucks

2. Yes! And a coffee date is the perfect first date. It’s casual, inexpensive, and if you aren’t feeling it then it’s an easy out.
