Hi everyone! I (F30) am practicing kegels since 3/4 months now. I noticed that I can clench much longer but I am not sure if I can clench Stronger… That is frustrating me, since I am doing kegels to improve my sex experience (my aim is actually to learn the pompoir techniques). My man (M34) said that my strength is probably slightly improving, but still can’t notice such a big difference.
So… Please tell me that I just need to keep practicing, I need some encouragement! Does it takes a while to get to the wished results? Because sometimes I read on the forum that in some weeks people get their results. I am practicing everyday, sometimes with the kegel balls also.

  1. Don’t get discouraged. I think some of the claims of rapid progress are exceptional and don’t represent the normal experience. You might need to consider changing things up. I can hit you with a bunch of questions that come to mind. You can answer if you want or just contemplate them on your own.

    What type of routine are you doing? How long are you spending? Do you feel as if the workout you are doing is challenging you? Kegel balls heavy enough for you to feel the resistance? Are you skipping days and isolating the right muscles? Are you relaxing and doing reverse kegels also?
