What is something you want in men’s clothing that doesn’t exist or rarely does?

  1. I think long coats are badass, but it sucks that they aren’t popular. I have a long raincoat that goes to my knees and I personally think it looks really cool.

  2. More variety of cuts, pattern, and materials. Women have so many options for clothing. Men have like 3 on average. Buying other kinds of clothes outside of those few store options is expensive and you still don’t get the variety. It’s kind of a shame that so many men have been tricked into thinking that how boring and poorly most of us dress is just fine.

  3. More gusseted crotches: sew in a diamond shaped patch in the crotch to eliminate that four corner blowout weak point.

  4. More affordable flex fit jeans cuts that don’t make my ass look like a Kardashian’s. I fell like every pair I buy uses the ”spandex fabric” throughout the entire pants rather than just waist.

  5. A pair of cargo pants that actually looks like the picture on the ad when I buy them

  6. More colors, patterns, and accessories. Men’s clothing is so bland. To make a more “exciting” outfit with men’s clothing, takes a good amount of work and creativity.

  7. A medium weight jacket that’s basically a hoodie. But that isn’t a hoodie. Something with good inside pockets (wallet, phone, maybe a gun pouch) Being waterproof would be great. And maybe a few vent pockets. Basically a three season motorcycle jacket, that isn’t cut like a motorcycle jacket.

  8. Clothes that look like a cowboy would wear them but in a subtle way so you don’t look like you’re dressed like a cowboy.

Men’s fashion peaked in the 1800’s

  9. I just wish more workplaces would normalize shorts and sleeveless shirts as professional attire for men. Especially during spring and summer.

Whenever I see female colleagues getting remarks from male customers, while wearing outfits that accentuate their legs or figure, I wish I could wear tight shorts or sleeveless shirts and get remarks from female customers, so they don’t have to go through that awkward experience alone.

  10. Stuff like 3/4 sleeve shirts, open back styles, better fitting cuts (tons of then are just a bunch of tubes), more textures and styles, and more shoe options without having to drop hundreds of dollars on them.

Most mens clothes are either very cheaply made or overpriced.

  11. Quality. I am having to buy exclusively second hand and building up a stockpile because clothing quality is just such shit.

I should have done the same for the wool blankets before they were tapped out.

  12. More pants with proper gussets instead of just throwing some stretch into the blend and pretending that makes up for it. This should not be something isolated to a couple of work wear brands, casual jeans and office clothes should still be fit to move in.

  13. Can’t say I can think of anything. Men’s clothing and men’s fashion is superb right now.

  14. A breezy skirt. How great would it be to stay cool in a dude’s skirt that isn’t a heavy wool kilt on days like today when it’s 36 degrees C, and the world would just be cool with it?

  15. Mens fashion of the 20s. As an example, i love the style in the tv show peaky blinders.

  16. Sexy underwear. With what, roughly3-4 different types of drawers for men maybe I’d like some more options
