To start with.
Do what’s in front of you every day. Go to appointments, don’t step over things. Say yes and go with the flow. Hang out with people who inspire you. Make a list every week of what you want and what you want to do, check the list, what did you do to obtain those things.
1. It’s a hard truth, but remember that everyone is far too caught up in their own issues to judge you, so don’t take things personally. Everyone’s reaction is a reflection of their own internal state and an issue they need to work through.
2. Spend at least an hour on your health every day. This includes physical, mental, and emotional health. Eg. walk, gym, stretching, physical exercise, journal, meditate, read. For those of us that are time poor, I found 10min sessions helpful
3. Choose your inner circle carefully, you dont need a large tribe, just a geunine one
