i keep bouncing my legs consciously and unconscionably to the point where my legs start hurting which (to the point i start punching my self in there , idk if u get it so that i will not feel THAT pain ) so i thought if i was the only one with this issue )

  1. I was like this. For me it was excess energy. It went away when I started living a more active lifestyle. Maybe the same for you?

  2. You mean knee jerking? That’s a common way people do to ease anxiety.
    To stop it, you need to understand, what’s causing you this anxiety in the first place. Trying to find the root of the problem is always the best way than consciously finding alternatives to ease said anxiety.
