I was like this. For me it was excess energy. It went away when I started living a more active lifestyle. Maybe the same for you?
You mean knee jerking? That’s a common way people do to ease anxiety.
To stop it, you need to understand, what’s causing you this anxiety in the first place. Trying to find the root of the problem is always the best way than consciously finding alternatives to ease said anxiety.
