exercising. I kept it up for a month and stopped. I keep telling myself I’m going to pick it back up. I have not. It’s been 1.5 months. I know i just need to get on the cursed machine for 30 minutes. It’s been a struggle lol
When I’m tired and sit down with my phone, it’s impossible to put it down and do anything else.
My two biggest vices right now are reading celebrity gossip/news & online shopping. Which only makes me feel frustrated at myself when I snap out of it, before I do it again. It’s a neverending loop of guilt and shame.
The amount of my “phone” usage
Cleaning probably
Procrastination. I just can’t seem to force myself to start important tasks, especially when I am stressed, which is… yeah, 100% of the time
Eating healthy. I like to eat takeout too much
Excercise, and have alcohol use disorder which has upended my life somewhat. I used to hate booze, but 6 months ago I started getting addicted to wine. Didn’t affect my success in school, but definitely altered some of my relationships. Some in a good way (renewed friendship with an old coworker) and some in a bad way (my relationship with my boyfriend). I know I won’t get seizures or bad wds when I try to quit so its been harder to stop.
But my diet is on point.
Eating when I’m not really hungry.
Oof
Impulse control. I buy stuff, eat stuff, and say stuff sometimes without thinking of the long term consequences. It has hurt me in every way and sometimes others. I am actively trying to be a better communicator and listener (and people have noticed). As for shopping and eating, I’m working on it. My brain sometimes feels like it’s just firing off 50 different things, but I’m learning to tune out the noise.
