I met a girl online and got her number. We’ve been talking for almost 2 weeks and I was close to asking her to hang out. We really clicked. Yesterday evening, I was at the bar drunk and posted a picture of myself online with a friend and his girlfriend. However, the friend was sort of cut off so you can only see half his body and his girlfriend next to me. She hasn’t texted me back since. I was pretty drunk and think I fucked up by posting that picture but it’s obviously too late. What should I do?

You’re fine. Just hit her up tomorrow and casually mention you’ve been hungover after a night out with your buddy and HIS gf. Then ask her how she’s been doing, etc and feel out her vibe
If she thinks that was a girl with you on a date or something the last thing you wanna do is convince her of it by not messaging her
