I have an older cousin who has a friend that I find attractive. What should i do?

I (21m) have an older cousin who has a friend (29f). I find this friend very attractive even though she is a bit older. I have met her twice already and was invited by my cousin to go to the beach with both of them. Should I approach my cousin’s friend? If so, what should I say?
