[18M] My senior prom is exactly a week from now and I’m being forced by my parents to go to it. I have no friends at school and will have no one to talk to at the prom. I’m not looking forward to the event and as the day inches closer and closer I just get sad and nervous. I’m really trying my best not to be in a corner or something as school dances aren’t really my type of thing. Is there any way I can blend in? Should I just hide the entire time? What should I do?

Why are they making you go? Do you drive? I’d go somewhere else. Put a change of clothes in your car. Lol
I doubt there’s any way to make you enjoy it if you don’t have any friends. Did you try to convince your parents that it’s a waste of money?
