How do I (F20) ask a guy i like out?

So there’s a place where i like to go out where you can play pool, bowling and all that kind of stuff.

There’s a guy that works there at the bar and i think he’s really cute and would like to get to know him. Now, i don’t actually know his name or anything pretty much which is a problem cause he might already have someone… He also seems a bit older than me (he’s in his late 20s I’d say) so that makes the chance of him already being in a relationship even higher.

Another problem… there’s also a girl who works there and they’re both asian, she seems a bit younger tho, maybe around my age. She could be a relative or something but I’m just super afraid that they could be dating and it would be so damn awkward if that turns out to be the case lol.

I know i might be overthinking the whole thing but i though I’d slide in here to see if anyone has any idea on how i should approach this situation and if there’s a sneaky way of getting his number or giving him mine. Any ideas?
