I am looking for some natural ways, like eating a fruit or something. I have taken a viagra few months ago and after a long time finally saw my dick erect but I dont want that stuff anymore and want to do it naturally.

  2. You didn’t mention your age, but the obvious reasons:

    – stop masturbating, let you body to regenerate, see if you can go for at least a week
    – don’t pinch your dick to make yourself come when not hard – you’re only teaching your body you don’t need erection
    – stop masturbating to relieve stress – learn to meditate instead
    – get a deep tissue massage
    – go to sauna
    – eat food that will help you make more testosterone (ex. pasture raised eggs)
    – do exercise

    Do these and see if the morning wood returns after a few days..
