Wondering if anyone has advice on improving socially my main things I want to improve on are starting conversations, having deeper and more meaningful conversations and making people laugh I also want to improve my confidence.

  1. You need to think slower, less, in bite size pieces. You aren’t going to fix it all at once this is a gradual over time kind of thing. Start by increasing your overall healthy and mood. Work out, eat better for starters. Then you’ll want to put yourself out there instead of feeling like you have to
