1. If it’s snug but not strangling your dick. Go to CalcSD for condom recommendations and info, it’s a great resource.

2. It should slip off completely(specially at the base), it shouldn’t hurt.

3. It doesn’t feel like it’s ripping your foreskin off when you pull it down.

4. If you can easily insert your ring finger under the rubber ring at the base and move it freely all-round , then the fitting is perfect.

5. If it comes off during sex it’s either too loose or too tight. Adjust as necessary.

6. If it’s well fitted you will not lost it in vagina.

   As long as the condol stay in place it’s well fitted.
