  1. In theory I’d imagine doggy. You’re basically standing so you’re not fighting gravity horizontal to your torso. You’re in a position where you can use your whole torso and hips to create speed and momentum.

    Easiest to do endurance wise is both lying on your side. You’re not supporting your body you’re just moving your hips.
