I recently started to talk to this guy. Since the beginning he talked about his ex and about how terrible she was. I thought it was just something to joke about but lately he has been talking about her a lot. After a bit he admitted That he doesn’t know if he can have feelings again for another person and that he took a lot of time to figure out he was in love with her ex. He wanted to keep talk and see what happens but I decided and told to him that I don’t want anything that isn’t sure and that I see he isn’t ready i accept it but we can’t date if he isn’t sure he could love me. I mean he doesnt have to marry me or whatever but it’s not fair keep someone in the eventuality of develop feelings. He didn’t want to accept my no but I made it clear. Did I do good?
