I posted the question “why are you not a social person?” and found a lot of similar situations happened to almost all of us.

I have some thoughts and comments to share waiting for your opinions to modify/adjust to help us all find a solution.

1. Genetics factors: Maybe YES, Maybe NO. I believe we CAN CHANGE our negative thoughts about ourselves and then figure out how to use our mindset properly.
2. Poor parenting: I see they did what they could, some of them had problems as well, and we cannot change the past. so we must accept the past as it is.
3. Difficulty to understand people’s intentions – Not knowing what to say –
4. People in general – Toxic people:
I saw people like me with social issues and they turned out to be like their enemy (they became aggressive, bullying, cursing, using people and making fun of them)
Everyone has a problem and each one chooses a path for change.
5. Rejection – fear – Judgment – Shyness:
Think about it again, you do not need to be correct all time. mistakes make a good person.
6. Isolation and comfort zone for a long time:
You know it is bad so go outside and buy something for yourself and say “hello/good morning” to the cashier and leave without thinking if you made something wrong, nothing wrong in saying Hi!
7. Moving to different homes: come on!! it is a good experience, read about places you lived and remember some events and now you have a lot to share.
8. Autism – ADHD: You are talented and you know that, use your ability to make a difference
9. Disability:
I’m sure you have a talent, everyone with a disability has something different to conquer
10. Lack of interest/care:
You have your own interests, figure out which one and search for a club to be with people in your interest.
11. Disappointment from Parents and family:
We all make mistakes and it happened in the past, so no way for this to be solved. you must accept it.
12. No one listens to me – Ignoring:
Maybe, they are like us trying to figure out how to be interested in others as well, or maybe they are rude and you need to just sit and have a chat with them without any interest
and don’t force yourself to be interested in something you don’t like.
At least try what they say and share your opinion whether positive or negative.
13. Ugly:
No one is ugly, obviously, all this mess made you not care about yourself. yourself is the best to take care of.
14. Bullying:
Most of them have mental issues, like us, but in a different way. some of them have abusive parents and they express inner oppression and anger toward others.
15. No Energy:
I guess this energy is an alias for joy
fill your day with joy and fun times
You know yourself the best, do what is better for you to fill your battery except isolating of course.
