1. It means being a giving and ttentive partner that knows his partners body and invested in getting her off.

   But this means different things to different people since everyone’s needs vary.

2. Women aren’t a hivemind, so there’s not one single answer. Knowing how to use it means paying attention to the specific partner in front of you and what she likes. Something might have worked great on your ex or in a porno, but that doesn’t mean it’ll work on this person.

   If I had to pick one thing, anecdotally I’d say that a lot of men like to jackhammer and a lot of women don’t enjoy that. But there are exceptions to everything.
