  1. Just waking up from my stroke. You’ll can be used for multiple in casual English, but I believe proper English would be “you both will” or “you all will” for more than 2.

  2. You’ll is a contraction of “you will” so it could be referring to one person or, possibly, multiple people depending on the context.

    For example: If someone asked “Where should *we* stand?” And the response was, “You’ll need to stand by the wall.” They are implying that all the people included in the question will need to stand by the wall.

    But, if context didn’t already include multiple people, then the assumption would be that he is referring to one person as you’ll uses the singular “you”
