Losing my dad.
I’d say a tie between losing my dad to cancer and my SA
Supporting my husband through his suicide attempt jail stint drug addiction while also parenting our toddler. I was so powerless and exhausted. It was the powerlessness that was the worst.
Depression as a result of family issues but also in that part of life right now when losing a close friend feels like the end of the world.
