What made you fight for a love interest? How did it turn out?

  1. Ha….I didn’t. I tried to push her away. I was scared, trurh be told. It was getting serious. Well, she wasn’t having it. She wasn’t going anywhere. She’s the one that fought for it, not me, and I’m forever grateful she did.

  2. What good does fighting so for you? If she wanted you to stick around she would have been more friendly.

  3. Fight? Nope

If you mean the “she doesnt like me, but Im not giving up” trope, never

If you mean the “fighting a dude in the hopes of winning her over” trope, never

  4. She was great, interesting, intelligent, and feminine.

I fought for her, did all I could and I wasn’t good enough for her.

    Fuck my life.

  5. I was privileged to have one fight for me when I was in a real dark place. While it didn’t work out in the end, it did help me in the long run.

But me? For a girl? Absolutely not. Not this day and age anyway.

  6. An insolent cur impugned my lady’s honor, so I slapped him with one of my gauntlets and challenged him to a duel to protect her honor. He chose blunderbusses at fifty paces. He fired first, but my aim was truer. The physicians were unable to remove all the pieces of his round from my chest, and my breathing has not been the same since, but my lady’s honor is unblemished.
