Me and my ex have been broken up since last July but we kept coming back to eachother and talking again until about a month ago we decided to stop, what I think will be for a long time or forever. Our last words to eachother were that we can always come back. She did want it to work so bad, so did I but due to issues between both of us it isn’t working at this time, and she hurt me with something because I wasn’t prioritizing her or taking her on many dates. Anyways I checked her vsco and she posted a quote from another user that said “you’ll make memories with other people (better people)”. Kind of feels like a shot at my heart that I’m not a good person or something to her? I was super good to her besides for not prioritizing her always, just don’t see the reason why she posted this when we ended things good. I still have her stuff here too like her grandmothers ring who passed away. Just kinda don’t get why she posted this

Sometimes when people have guilt over the way their relationship ended, they handle it poorly by vilifying their ex to justify their bad behavior. If you truly were that good to her (I don’t know anything about your relationship), then it could be her trying to deal with her guilt.
Regardless, it’s not healthy to be stalking her socials and reading into cryptic posts that she makes. If it’s over, then it’s over. Best to move on and stop visiting her socials.
