what is your way of enjoying rain?

  1. Sitting inside on the couch with my beverage of choice, reading a book or watching a show with the windows open and the rain as background noise.

  2. As a kid I used to love swimming in the first rain of summer. As for the normal rain, I just stay indoors and do indoor stuff.

  3. Outside in it if I can for a bit and if it’s the summer. Though thunder will send me running real quick.

  4. If it’s a nice cool rain, I’ll open my windows, then grab some yarn and a hook and crochet while listening to the rain outside. 😊

  5. FEEL THE RAIN ON YOUR SKIN NO ONE ELSE CAN FEEL IT FOR YOU ONLY YOU CAN LET IT IN NO ONE ELSE NO ONE ELSE

  6. As a carefree teenager, laying on my bed, listening to the rain tapping on the tin roof 🌧

  7. I’m 26 and I jump in puddles.

I love the rain (admittedly, not when it’s horizontal or freezing cold), so if I’m not working I’ll go on a trail or take the bike out and get muddy.

  8. If I’m driving, l’ll put on a little Clint Black, Like The Rain. If I’m about to go to bed I’ll open up my windows. If I’m at the lake and there is no threat of a storm in the air, go for a swim. At home hang out, watch movies, or diy house project.

  9. Under the blankets, with a warm beverage and a book/crossword puzzle.

I also like running in the rain – it makes me feel like a badass.

  10. if i’m on a train at the time, i like to stare out the window silently like i’m in a melodrama movie

  11. I like watching it through the window, and opening the balcony afterwards so I can smell the petrichor

  12. I live in a tropical country. We are currently on day 4 of the current “heavy rain” alert. We have different types of rain from little soft rain to hurricane type wind with drops big enough to knock out a bird (and flood risk).

Personally, I prefer the middle range storm at night.

  13. During summer, I’ll get a pillow to sit on, grab a cozy sweater and open the door to the terrace, me and the dog will sit for awhile, just listening and having a peaceful moment.

During winter, I’ll close the blinds and wait for summer.
