I have made great strides improving my social and communication skills in past 2 years. Grew a close friendship group. Same at work.
But I’m hitting another wall again of feeling like I am not being understood when I am explaining things at work. It’s been hard for people to understand what I’m saying. I feel like I’m losing my managers trust in projects because it’s been hard for people to understand my feedback or ideas.
At the same time, Socially I feel like I not being respected and slowly being the punching bag.
I’ve taken a step back to think things through. But I have no idea what to do to be respected, what I’m missing when I’m giving explanations. Where have I gone wrong.

Probably it is a lot of things. But mostly you must stand your ground. And just explain the ideas as you talk to Neanderthal. For real I was the same. You just have to make them know that you have a character and you stand proud by your ideas. And talk to them simple things. And find someone who you can exchange ideas for your sanity and try not to lose your mind in the process
