I’m 20 yo male and I am really sad I’ve never kissed and cuddled with a girl. So I got this idea from youtube videos of people that go to big cities with signs about taboo things. What I was thinking is to write a sign saying “French kiss me?”. I definetely have the courage to do it but I don’t want to come across as offensive or anything, so if it is please warn me. And do you think it’s a good idea?

This is definitely not a good idea. You’ll come off as weird rather than offensive. I’d suggest you work on having casual conversations with pretty much anyone. It’ll help you develop your social interaction skills and eventually build the confidence to talk to girls. Accept rejection and be thankful for it because it’ll teach you what not to do.
