7. I have never had an orgasm from physical stimulation WITHOUT squirting. It’s just something that happens involuntarily to me. For me it always produces a decent amount of fluid. I have heard conflicting things about it but the most scientifically credible seemed to be that there are little fluid glands that drain into the urethra and that get squeezed during the contractions of orgasm, and thus the fluid gets pushed out of the urethra. It can also mix with urine as others have noted, though mine has never really looked or smelled like urine (and is a little more oily). Every person is different and this happens to some people and not others. I don’t know if there is a way to MAKE it happen, but I know for me there doesn’t seem to be a way to make it not happen. I will also say that it feels really amazing (for me at least), like finally peeing after the worst you have ever had to pee, but better.
