“Her feelings faded”

Me and a girl have been texting for 5 months, we confessed feelings for each other and met few times, I know she likes me because she gets possessive over small things, but now she says “her feelings for me faded” and now she said let’s just be friends for now. Is there anyway I can get her interested in talking again? She is open to talking but I feel that I shouldn’t be the only one putting the effort as she rarely texts first unlike before, but when I text she is talking fine like she wants to talk. Should I keep in touch once in a while or just move on if she doesn’t text?
