I’m around 22 and when I think about “goals”, I don’t really have any. Other than maybe pay off my student loans, buy a decent car, and rent a 1br apartment rather than having roommates. These are the goals that require money, separate from wanting to share my life with a partner and finding a compatible partner.

  1. I’ll tell you some of mine which I think are realistic:
Learn atleast 2 new languages, read 2 books per month, maintain a physique free from belly-fat 🙂

    Edit: I’m 23.

  2. I’m still trying to figure out what kind of goals that I want to achieve.

    I’m in school part time
    I’m at work full time
    I have a car
    Looking for an apartment

But I feel like that isn’t enough for me and that I am missing much more

  3. 22, my plan is to graduate, get a decent paying job, marry my girlfriend, and have an apartment of our own within the next few years.

  4. Unsure if they’re goals or not but I’d like to at least visit a few more countries maybe consider moving and working in one of them

  5. As a 36 yold i will say only this: try to stay mentally healthy. You have no idea how much you’ll get fckd up.

  6. Here’s a few:

    – travel more to different countries

    – Pay off my debts

    – Move out of my mother’s place in a few years and hopefully have a house for myself in about a decade or so.

    – Be mentally sound and hopefully be overall content with who I am

  7. Hopefully I own land and have 3 or so kids. Gotta start early if I’m gonna have 12 kids

  8. I got My house at 35 years old.. on a 20 year crédit/mortgage thing.. means i Will finish paying that at 55.. AM already tired and sick of My job.. My advise is… Forget the car.. Focus on a house or apartament.. but YOURS.. easier to have a girl with a house than a car..

  9. I’m 23 and reached most of my goals or at least I’m pretty much guaranteed to reach them in a few years.
There are a lot but I’ll try and keep everything brief:
    – High (enough) paying job (already achieved, anything more is surplus)
    – Great muscular and balanced physique (already achieved, need to improve my cardio and fix shin splints though)
    – Find a great fit in terms of relationship. I know exactly the type of person I want thanks to my latest relationship. Working on this.
    – Trying most of sexual kinks, fantasies and sleep with a moderate amount of different girls. Still have to work a lot on this, since I have been in a relationship since I was 19 years old.
    – Find a hobby I enjoy outside sports and study/work related stuff. I am trying things out, currently DJing which I’m enjoying a lot and probably will get a motorbike.
    – Improving my social skills and building tighter and long-lasting connections
    – Improving my appearance through learning how to better dress and trying different styles (including for hair, rings, tattoos etc)
    – Have fun and go to festival, raves, concert, travel more

  10. PhD, complete financial autonomy (without poverty ideally, though grad school won’t help given the current state of things), and maybe a healthy long term relationship. Yk, simple stuff.

  11. I’m an old man in my thirties, but what I did when i was your age, young one, was to live with roomates for as long as possible to save up the money for the downpayment on an apartment. Renting is shit. You are paying off someone else’s mortgage and you got nothing to show for.

What if the person who owns the house or apartment wants to sell it and you can’t afford the price the landlord is asking? what if the landlord decides to gift the house to his kid as a wedding gift? then what? you’re out of a place to live, and you just wasted a shit ton of money on someone else’s house.

Don’t get a chick pregnant, and if I was you, I wouldn’t become a dad.

I had my high school reunition a few years back and lemme tell you, all the jocks look like shit, all fat and balding, whereas the dudes who didn’t look like much back then look really good despite their old age because they never did become dads, for one reason or another.

Kids not only steal away your money and your time: they literally leech off your youth and vitality.

  12. Mine would be:

Move to a new city (very open to living abroad)

    Become fluent in French

    Travel to many countries

Obviously, money is great but I don’t need to be loaded. Stuff like luxury cars aren’t a priority for me.

  13. My goal is to be making 8 figures by the time I’m 30, and be in complete great shape.

  14. I want to buy a house or two, have rental property, have a stable job that allows me to work from home with good income and I wanna be traveling during that time.

  15. Be married, have a home of my own which I share with future wifey, have published some books, and have another dog.

  16. Buy a house, see a potential wife and maybe have kids if I can afford it.

  17. to become healthy, very good at apex legends and overwatch (i know its cringe) and land a place in a michelin star resturant as a chef
