I’m almost a college student. At the moment I’m on summer vacation. I have a lot of free time that I burn almost to nothing (I’m trying to find something interesting on TV, flipping through the kilomnters of the tick-tok tape and just don’t do anything). I had a lot of things that I would like to implement, but starting to implement them, I almost immediately lose motivation and throw them away. Are there any tips for how to overcome this?

  1. Don’t talk about doing the thing you want to do. Keep quiet and only speak about what you have done. If you haven’t done anything don’t talk about what you wish for.
