I learned this trick a while back. It takes some practice to be quick at it but it usually catches your opponent off-guard. It’s called “accept and amplify”.
The idea is that if someone makes fun of you for something, you agree with them in the most ridiculous way possible, so THEY look like the fool instead of you. The idea is to simultaneously call out someone’s undermining behavior and to show that you aren’t self-conscious about the perceived flaw.
A good example is if someone taller is poking fun at your height, you could say something like, “well, it’s a good thing I wore my high heels today.” Usually they will look down and you can throw in a nonchalant “gotcha!” if you like.
