I have been with my boyfriend for 7 months now. And we have been friends for 3 years. We started talking through a game and continued our friendship outside. Knowing him online first. We always talked online, on text. And when we met, it was always so easy around him cuz we are very much alike and compatible .
But since we are in a relationship now. We usually call each other when we get free time. He works Monday through Saturday. And we usually meet on Sundays in person. Hanging out, going on dates. When he calls me after work or during breaks. We talk sometimes. Once a day or sometimes twice a day. For 30 min -1 hour but lately it feels like we have nothing much to talk about on calls. It’s all fun and stuff when we meet cuz we have things around to talk about or random topics coming up after seeing a thing. In text it’s usually asking if you got free or ate anything, when did you wake up or where are you now. How is work etc. On call. Even though I love him and wanna spend time with him. I usually don’t have much to say on call. That too everyday. I am studying rn and barely ever go out unless I have to meet him. All my friends are also working now and busy. So It’s not like I have no friends.
I just don’t know what to talk about with him. Usually if we have any argument and dispute. We discuss it. And it gets solved. And then we have nothing much to talk about again. I think like I have shared everything about me and my past with him. Also I don’t wanna gossip about stuff my friends tell me cuz in past I have felt like I overshare my friend’s business with him.
Am I overthinking this?
We both are really serious about each other and also talk about marriage in future.
I don’t want him to get bored of me and think that this relationship is boring. How do I make our conversations interesting everyday?
