Luggage problems at Heathrow T3 arrivals?

Hi all,

Can anyone whose flown into Heathrow terminal 3 in the last couple of days tell me whether baggage handling is still a problem? I have to pick someone up at 5:30am tomorrow and am wondering if I’m likely to have a long wait.
