I made an Instagram post of my recent vacation and I had a lot of really good pictures and videos of myself and the places I visited. Two days later, two girls, both the same race as me, both whom I’ve never met before and we don’t know each other at all, posted something on their stories for their close friends to see and I was added as a close friend, which is the first and only time I’ve been added as a close friend with both girls to my recollection. There is a chance I may be wrong.
Anyways, one girl lives in a city 3 hours away from me and she sent me a follow request last year and I added her back, never shot my shot with her, but she still follows me and she liked my recent post. The other one lives in the same city as me, she added me a couple months ago, she liked one of my stories when she first added me, and she also liked my recent post as well. I’m personally not attracted to her, but the first one I do find attractive but we live in different cities. These girls don’t know each other btw. Anyways, I was just curious if girls intentionally add guys they are interested in as close friends on Instagram as a way to signal to them their interest. What do you guys think?
