You don’t get over it but you work through it, insecurities is about losing trust or faith in yourself and to do that you have to build yourself back up by doing the work and saying the words and inputting the good to drown out the negative. As a partner you can help them by communicating to them often and truthfully. Also telling them to shut up when they are being negative. As disney says “silencio bruno”
